There are many builders and/or hosting services on the web. Some work fine, but many others are confusing, broken, or very limited. I will just suggest one today. There are other good services, as well. Some may be better, some may be worse. I personally suggest
Yola.
Pros:
- Free version looks fairly professional
- Paid version looks perfect
- Many templates and stock images
- Blog option
- Custom HTML widget compatibility
- Many preloaded widgets and functions
- Easily sell items with PayPal (works on free version)
- Login page protection option
- Free file storage & hosting
- Unlimited bandwidth
- Work on website can be saved but not published until completed
- Text formating, color, size, style, and other such options
Cons:
- No membership system
- Free version storage space is limited
- Created sites work well, but may not pass the WC3 verification.
- Sitebuilder can run a little slow at times, but not much
So if you are looking to make your own website or blog, I suggest you try out Yola. Start with the free version, and if you like, you can choose to upgrade at any time, or just keep using the free option.
