There are many builders and/or hosting services on the web. Some work fine, but many others are confusing, broken, or very limited. I will just suggest one today. There are other good services, as well. Some may be better, some may be worse. I personally suggest Yola.

Pros:
  • Free version looks fairly professional
  • Paid version looks perfect
  • Many templates and stock images
  • Blog option
  • Custom HTML widget compatibility
  • Many preloaded widgets and functions
  • Easily sell items with PayPal (works on free version)
  • Login page protection option
  • Free file storage & hosting
  • Unlimited bandwidth
  • Work on website can be saved but not published until completed
  • Text formating, color, size, style, and other such options

Cons:
  • No membership system
  • Free version storage space is limited
  • Created sites work well, but may not pass the WC3 verification.
  • Sitebuilder can run a little slow at times, but not much

So if you are looking to make your own website or blog, I suggest you try out Yola. Start with the free version, and if you like, you can choose to upgrade at any time, or just keep using the free option.
